"I drove 40 minutes to attend the workshop and it was worth every minute of the journey." — R. Calloway, Glasgow
After two sessions at TimeDrivenFocus I reclaimed nearly eleven hours per week. My entire approach to scheduling changed. I stopped firefighting and started planning. — Moira Lennox, Aberdeen
The diagnostic they run before you even start is incredibly thorough. They mapped out exactly where my time was leaking. No other consultant has ever done that for me. — Graeme Petrie, Dundee

Service Capability Matrix

We do not offer generic advice. Below is our structured capability map — choose the route that fits your situation.

Capability What It Addresses Typical Outcome Format
Time Audit Unclear where hours go; chronic overcommitment Detailed time-use report with priority ranking 1-on-1 session, 90 min, in-office or remote
Weekly Architecture Reactive scheduling; no protected deep-work blocks Custom weekly template with energy-aligned blocks Two sessions over 10 days
Decision Triage Too many open commitments; difficulty saying no Personal decision filter and commitment protocol Workshop, 2.5 hours, small group or solo
Team Rhythm Design Meeting overload; unclear ownership; duplicated effort Restructured meeting cadence and accountability map Half-day engagement, on-site preferred
Quarterly Reset Goals drifting; no review habit; burnout risk 90-day plan with built-in review checkpoints Follow-up programme, 3 sessions over 12 weeks

"The Weekly Architecture session alone saved our leadership team from three unnecessary recurring meetings." — F. Drummond, Inverness

Our Working Principles

We do not believe in one-size-fits-all productivity systems. Every engagement begins with listening — understanding your actual constraints, not imposing theoretical frameworks. Our method draws on behavioural scheduling research, energy management science, and twenty years of direct client work across industries ranging from healthcare administration to creative agencies.

We operate from our office in St. Smith because local, face-to-face work produces deeper change than remote-only coaching. That said, we accommodate remote sessions for clients across Scotland who cannot travel easily.

Which Starting Point Fits You?

▶ Individual Professional

You manage your own calendar but feel constantly behind. Start with a Time Audit to identify the three biggest time drains, then move to Weekly Architecture if structural change is needed.

▶ Small Business Owner

Your day is split between operations and strategy with no boundary between them. Decision Triage gives you a filter for what deserves your attention versus what should be delegated or dropped.

▶ Team Leader or Manager

Your team's productivity is undermined by meeting culture and unclear priorities. Team Rhythm Design restructures how your group spends shared time. Measurable change within four weeks.

▶ Returning Client

You have worked with us before and need a reset. The Quarterly Reset programme keeps your system alive and adapts it as your circumstances evolve. No re-onboarding needed.

What Happens After You Reach Out

  1. Initial Conversation — A 15-minute call or email exchange to understand your situation. No commitment required. We ask about your role, your biggest frustration with time, and what you have already tried.
  2. Diagnostic Session — We schedule a 60-minute deep-dive (in-office at 645 Prohaska View or via video). You bring your real calendar. We analyse it together and identify patterns.
  3. Recommendation — Within 48 hours you receive a written recommendation outlining which capability route fits and why. No upselling. If we think you do not need our help, we will say so.
  4. Engagement — Sessions are scheduled at your pace. Most clients complete their initial engagement within three to six weeks.
  5. Follow-Up Check — Six weeks after your final session, we check in. Free of charge. We want to know what stuck and what needs adjusting.

Common Questions

  • help_outlineHow much does a session cost?

A Time Audit is £145. Weekly Architecture is £260 for two sessions. Team Rhythm Design starts at £480 for a half-day. We quote precisely after the initial conversation — no hidden fees.

  • help_outlineDo I need to come to your office?

In-person sessions produce the best results, but we offer remote sessions for anyone in Scotland who cannot travel to St. Smith. The diagnostic and follow-up check can always be done remotely.

  • help_outlineIs this like life coaching?

No. We focus strictly on how you use time in professional and operational contexts. We do not address personal motivation, mindset, or emotional wellbeing — there are excellent practitioners for those areas, and we can refer you if needed.

  • help_outlineWhat if I have already tried productivity apps and systems?

Most of our clients have. Tools fail when the underlying structure of your week is broken. We fix the structure first. After that, the right tool becomes obvious — and often unnecessary.

  • help_outlineCan you work with my entire team at once?

Yes. Team Rhythm Design is built for groups of 3 to 12. For larger organisations, we run a discovery phase first to scope the engagement properly.
